At the headquartersParthenope Casa D'Aste It's possible, by appointment, to obtain a free appraisal of your items. Alternatively, you can send a photograph along with all relevant information, and our experts will then be able to provide an indicative estimate.
Mandate for sale
If you decide to consign the items for sale, upon delivery, a document (sales mandate) will be issued containing the list of items, reserve prices, commission, and the expected sale date. You will need to provide proof of identity and your tax code for entry in the public security records kept at our offices.
The sales mandate is a representation agreement, and therefore Parthenope Casa D'Aste does not act as the principal in dealings with third parties. Those required to issue invoices will receive, along with the statement, a list of the buyers' names for invoicing purposes.
Reserve
The reserve price is the minimum amount (before commission) at which the entrusted item can be sold.
This amount is strictly confidential and will be protected by the Auctioneer during the auction. If this price is not reached, the lot will be deemed unsold.
Liquidation of proceeds
Approximately 30 days after the auction date, and in any case once the collection operations have been completed, we will proceed with the payment, issuing an invoice detailing the commissions and other charges charged.
Commissions
Parthenope Casa D'Aste will apply a 24% commission on sold lots by deduction from the proceeds.
